At REEF Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our contact form with your order number and reason for the return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the perfume bottle is in its original, unopened packaging with the cellophane seal intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
